Hofstra Celebrates the Holidays

Have you been to the Mack Student Center Main Dining Room recently?  If so, you may have seen the ongoing handiwork of student organizations as they continue the Hofstra tradition called "Hofstra Celebrates the Holidays".

Student groups have been busy painting the windows in the back of the Main Dining Room with scenes from various holidays.

And there's more...

Join the Hofstra community in celebrating the start of the holiday season by attending the Hofstra Celebrates the Holidays: 29th Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony, December 5, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. in front of Hofstra Hall. President Rabinowitz will be formally lighting Hofstra Hall and the ceremony will include performances by various student groups and the pep band. Immediately following the ceremony, a reception will be held in the Student Center Main Dining Room where student groups will be presenting their holiday murals in this year’s Holiday Wonderland: Kate and Willie Celebrate the Holidays. Come make a craft, have a donut and a cup of apple cider!
